Terms of Use

Use Zekazi thoughtfully and responsibly.

Effective date: August 19, 2026

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Zekazi, including the whiteboard, accounts, collaboration, voice, exports, Zekazi AI, Google Docs, Notion, and related product features. Zekazi is operated by Zetemora.

clear rules. clear expectations.
The short version: use Zekazi lawfully, respect other people and their work, protect access to shared boards and live sessions, connect external services carefully, and review important AI output before relying on it.

Accepting these Terms

By accessing or using Zekazi, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you are using Zekazi for an organization, school, business, or another person, you are responsible for having the authority needed to do so.

If applicable law requires consent from a parent, guardian, employer, school, or other responsible party, you must obtain that consent before using the service.

Using Zekazi

You may use Zekazi for lawful personal, educational, creative, and professional work. You are responsible for the content you create, upload, enter, draw, connect, export, say through voice, or otherwise use through the service.

You must not use Zekazi to break the law, abuse other people, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, attack infrastructure, distribute malware, obtain unauthorized access to another person's content or session, or misuse the product in a way that creates unreasonable risk for Zekazi, Zetemora, or other users.

Your content

You keep responsibility for the original content you create on your board. Using Zekazi does not transfer ownership of your original content to Zekazi or Zetemora.

You must have the rights or permission needed to use content you place in Zekazi or connect from another service. Do not upload, share, connect, edit, or communicate material that infringes another person's intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, contractual, or other legal rights.

Accounts and access

Zekazi supports protected account access through Google sign-in or an email magic link. You are responsible for protecting access to the email or Google account used to sign in and for activity performed through your authenticated session.

Zekazi may limit, suspend, or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate abuse, comply with law, or address violations of these Terms.

Collaboration sessions and invitations

Only share a collaboration code with a person you authorize to edit the whiteboard. Editors can view, add, change, and remove shared content. The owner can stop sharing, and editors can leave a shared board where the product provides that control.

Each collaboration code is intended for one signed-in editor. A successfully redeemed code cannot be reused, and an unused code expires after 60 minutes. Do not publish codes, attempt to reuse expired credentials, or use a code to access a board without the owner's permission.

For the current free collaboration feature, a live collaboration session starts when the first invited editor successfully joins. Each session lasts up to 20 minutes, supports up to 5 people total including the owner, and may be started up to 3 times in each seven-day period.

Additional editors who join after the first editor enter the same active session. Their arrival does not restart or extend the 20-minute timer. Zekazi may prevent additional participants from joining after the five-person limit is reached.

If collaboration stays inactive with nobody present for 60 minutes, Zekazi may expire editor access and unused collaboration codes while preserving the owner's board content.

Voice during collaboration

Voice is optional and is available only inside supported active collaboration sessions. You must have authorized access to the collaboration board before joining voice.

Voice does not create a separate session, separate 20-minute timer, or separate weekly allowance. It uses the same active collaboration session described above.

You are responsible for what you say and for using voice in compliance with applicable privacy, communications, workplace, school, and consent requirements. Do not use voice to harass, threaten, impersonate, disclose confidential information without permission, or facilitate unlawful activity.

Your browser or device controls microphone permission. You should mute or leave voice when you do not want to transmit audio. Zekazi does not currently provide voice recording as part of this feature.

Zekazi AI

AI features may generate incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate output. You are responsible for reviewing AI generated content and board changes before relying on them or using them in final work.

Zekazi does not promise that AI output will be correct, original, complete, suitable for a specific purpose, or free from errors. High-impact decisions should not be made solely from AI output without appropriate independent review.

Google Docs and Notion connections

Zekazi may let you connect Google Docs or Notion through the provider's authorization process. You decide whether to connect a service and are responsible for having permission to access the files, pages, workspaces, and accounts you make available to Zekazi.

When connected, Zekazi may create documents or pages from board text, show content available to the authorized connection, read a document or page you select, and perform a supported edit when you explicitly request that edit through Zekazi AI.

Do not use Zekazi to access or modify another person's external content without permission. You may revoke a provider's authorization through that provider's account controls. Revocation can stop future integration requests but does not automatically remove documents or pages already created in the external service.

External document sources and AI edits

A Google Doc or Notion page can remain selected as the active document source until you change or remove it. Zekazi AI may use the selected document as context for relevant requests.

Zekazi restricts destructive external document actions and requires an explicit current user request before performing supported document edits. You remain responsible for reviewing any external change and for maintaining your own backup or version history where important.

Exports and third-party services

Zekazi can create portable exports and may send content or realtime communications through services used to provide features you intentionally use. Once content is handled by another service, that service's own terms, privacy rules, account controls, availability, and technical limitations may apply.

Zekazi is not responsible for changes made by a third-party provider, including service outages, permission changes, API changes, account restrictions, network failures, or content retention outside Zekazi.

Availability and product changes

Zekazi is an evolving product. Features may change, improve, move, be limited, or be removed over time. We aim to keep the product useful and dependable, but uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed.

If Zekazi changes the published collaboration duration, participant limit, weekly allowance, or invitation expiry rule, the product interface and applicable public documentation should be updated to reflect the current limits.

Regular local board work can depend on browser storage. Export important work when you want an additional portable copy.

No professional advice

Zekazi is a visual workspace and productivity product. Content generated, organized, summarized, edited, or discussed through Zekazi is not automatically professional medical, legal, financial, academic, engineering, or other regulated advice. Users remain responsible for obtaining qualified review where appropriate.

Intellectual property

Zekazi, its product design, software, branding, and original platform materials are owned by or licensed to Zetemora and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant permission to copy, sell, reverse engineer, scrape, or commercially exploit protected parts of the service except where applicable law permits it.

Service protection and enforcement

Zekazi may use reasonable technical and operational controls to prevent abuse, protect users, maintain security, and preserve service reliability. We may investigate suspected misuse and take proportionate action, including limiting a feature or account when necessary.

Limitation of responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Zekazi and Zetemora are not responsible for losses caused by user content, voice communications, third-party services, external account permissions, AI errors, misuse of the product, unsupported workflows, or reliance on temporary or unsaved workspace data.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as Zekazi develops. Material updates should be reflected through a new effective date and, when appropriate, clearer notice inside the product before the updated Terms take effect.
