Share the board without losing control
Zekazi keeps collaboration, voice, export, and connected document workflows explicit. You can collaborate on the same board, join a voice session, create a portable copy, or send board text to Google Docs or Notion.
Current export formats
Export the visible board content as a standard image for documents, presentations, messages, and quick sharing.
Export the board as a portable PDF for sharing, reviewing, printing, or keeping a document copy of the work.
Export the whiteboard structure as JSON when you want a portable copy of the underlying board data.
When you use Zekazi's structured handoff workflow, explicit board content can be prepared as implementation context for supported development workflows.
Invite people to collaborate
Collaboration is available to signed-in users. Start sharing from the board, send the invitation privately, and let invited participants join the same shared workspace with their own Zekazi account.
Talk while you work
Supported collaboration sessions can include live voice so participants can discuss the board while drawing, planning, teaching, reviewing, or brainstorming together. Voice stays beside the shared whiteboard instead of forcing the session into a separate meeting tool.
Your browser or device asks for microphone permission before voice can use your microphone. You can mute yourself, change the available microphone input, or leave the voice session at any time.
Shared board protection
Shared boards keep a protected server copy for people who are part of the collaboration. Zekazi checks access before collaboration actions and uses conflict handling so simultaneous revisions do not silently overwrite unsynchronized local work.
Voice access is tied to the active collaboration board and its participants. Starting or joining voice does not make the board public.
Stop sharing when you need to
You can end the collaboration when you no longer want the board to stay shared. Collaboration access and voice participation are separate, so leaving or muting voice does not end the shared board session.
Export board text to Google Docs or Notion
Signed-in users can connect Google Docs or Notion from the export workflow. After authorization, Zekazi can create a new Google Doc or Notion page from text extracted from the current whiteboard and open the created destination for you.
Google Docs permissions
The Google Docs integration uses Google's file-specific Drive permission. That lets Zekazi work with the Google Drive files you use with the app instead of requesting unrestricted access to your entire Drive. Google sign-in for your Zekazi account remains a separate connection.
Use connected documents with Zekazi AI
After Google Docs or Notion is connected, you can choose one authorized document as the active source for Zekazi AI. The AI can read the selected source for relevant requests and can make supported targeted edits when you explicitly ask it to change that document.
Connected service security
Zekazi stores the authorization credentials required for Google Docs and Notion in encrypted form on the server. Zekazi does not receive your Google or Notion password. You can also revoke provider authorization through the provider's own account controls.
Choose the right sharing method
Use a shared board when people need to work directly together on the same canvas.
Keep a focused live conversation beside the board when talking makes the visual work easier.
Create PNG, PDF, or board data when you want a portable copy outside the live workspace.
Send board text to a supported document service when the work needs to continue in document form.
