AI that works with the whiteboard
Zekazi AI is designed around the board itself. When you ask for help, the agent can use the current whiteboard as context, discuss what is there, apply supported edits, and work with a Google Doc or Notion page you intentionally select.
What Zekazi AI can do
Use notes, text, checklists, shapes, connectors, layout, and relevant board context to answer questions about your work.
Add supported editable objects such as text, notes, ideas, checklists, and visual annotations.
Create editable process flows, mind maps, and other supported diagrams with Zekazi handling layout and connectors.
Update supported items, reorganize content, and add simple pen-style marks around important parts of the board.
Ask naturally
You do not need special syntax. Ask a question when you want an explanation, or tell the agent what you want changed on the canvas. Follow-up requests can refer to the recent AI conversation, the current board, and an active document source when one is selected.
Work with a selected Google Doc or Notion page
Signed-in users can connect Google Docs or Notion, then choose one authorized document as the active source for Zekazi AI. The selected source stays active until you change or remove it, so you can ask normal follow-up questions without pasting the same link again.
For relevant requests, Zekazi can read the selected document and use its content as context. If you explicitly ask to change the external document, Zekazi can perform supported targeted edits such as appending content or replacing a specific passage.
Board and document changes are validated
The AI model does not receive unrestricted control over stored board state or connected services. It returns a limited action plan, Zekazi validates supported operations, and only allowed changes are applied.
Your board stays editable
AI-created content is intended to remain normal Zekazi content whenever the feature supports it. You can move it, resize it, rewrite it, format it, or delete it just like work you created yourself.
Handwriting and visual input
Zekazi includes handwriting-aware and visual board workflows for supported tasks. AI can also create handwritten-looking editable text and simple pen-style annotations. These features support the whiteboard without pretending generated text is a real human pen stroke.
AI can be wrong
Zekazi AI is a working tool, not an authority. Review important facts, calculations, instructions, summaries, and generated changes before relying on them. The product should never present uncertain AI output as verified truth.
Privacy when using AI
When you use Zekazi AI, the prompt and relevant board context may be sent to the configured AI service so the request can be processed. If an external document is selected and the request uses it, relevant content from that selected document may also be included in the AI request.
